A. Through the online tenant portal.
Q. What if I have an emergency maintenance request?
A. Call 911 if it’s life or death, otherwise, call us.
Q. How long will it take for a repair to be made?
A. Depends on how quickly we can get a vendor out to you, usually the same day but no more than 2-3 days.
Q. What happens when my lease is up?
A. Option to renew or move out.
