Q. How quickly will you be able to get my property rented?
A. Rentals are in high demand. We can usually get it rented out right away


Q. How will you screen my tenant?
A. Thorough background check and credit check, employment verification, and income verification. Very with precious landlord references, drivers license and copy of SS.


Q. How soon will my new tenants be moving in?
A. As soon as we get the deposit, first month's rent, and lease agreement signed.


Q. How do you handle repairs?
A. Tenants request repairs through portal, we access requests there and address as needed.

Q. My property needs some work before a new tenant can move in. Can you help?
A. We have many contractors and vendors at our disposal.

Q. When do I get my rental proceeds?
A. By the 10th of each month.

​

Q. What if my tenant doesn’t pay?
A. Post a 3 day notice to pay or quit.
